📌 Digital Products – No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been:
- Downloaded
- Accessed
- Shared
- Or Delivered electronically
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy is in place because digital files cannot be returned once accessed.
🖨️ 3D Printing Disclaimer
Printing results may vary depending on:
- Printer model
- Materials used
- Print settings
- Software compatibility
- User expertise
We do not guarantee successful printing on all devices and therefore do not issue refunds for print failures.

Refunds may be considered only if:
- The file is corrupt or not downloadable, AND
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase, AND
- Our support team is unable to provide a working replacement file
